The ultimate costs of such liabilities may be very large, are subject to a great deal of uncertainty, and are generally paid out over a long period of time. We work with clients to help them understand their exposure and available insurance coverage, and provide simulation analysis to estimate a reasonable range of outcomes and cash flow requirements.
